The Gift -- A matriarch stands at the start of her line, her daughters stretched before her. She sees women who will suffer so she gives them a gift, a gift of experience. She charges her daughters for all time to remember her memories, and calls her gift of grief a blessing. There is wisdom waiting at the bottom of the tower. Remember this, she says. I remember. I was there. I was there at the beginning. The ogham fid is Coll for wisdom and true judgment.
